Fees and Charges

During the summer, tuition is charged based on the number of units you enroll in. Below is a summary of fees that apply to all visiting international students. All fees are subject to change without prior notice.

Note: English evaluation charge, Int'l Student Administration Fee, VISA service and documentation fee, or Living expenses are not included in the estimated total! You will be able to review your invoice prior to making any payment after completing your application.

When completing the I-20 request, you must provide financial verification stating that at least US$7,900 will be available to you for each session you attend.

Payment Instruction

Invoice will be available after registration started, and can be accessible through student registration status page.

In order to avoid complication with international payment, only international wire transfer is accespted. It is recommended for student to make a one-time full payment before the deadline, but partial payment is also acceptable for enrollment. Please refer to your invoice for details.

Payment and Deadlines

Please make sure your balance is paid in full according to the payment deadlines below to avoid enrollment cancellations, holds on student records, and collection actions.

Note: All deadlines are in Pacific Daylight Time (PDT). Please take the time zone into consideration when making arrangements to process your payment.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND

To be eligible for a refund, your course(s) must be dropped by the following deadlines:

Session A 5PM, June 29 5PM, July 6
Session C 5PM, August 10 5PM, August 17

In the event of program cancelation, the following fees are refundable only if all courses are dropped by the refund deadline:

These fees are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE after the deadline, and you will be financially liable for any courses you are enrolled in and all applicable fees.

Health Insurance fees are non-refundable upon arrival in the United States.

The processing fee is non-refundable even if all courses are dropped before instruction begins.

IMPORTANT: A $400 cancellation fee will apply to all program cancellations processed after start of registration. An additional $390 cancellation fee will apply if cancellation processed after I-20 has been issued.

In cases of unforeseen, extenuating circumstances, you may submit a refund petition.
